December 2014

December was such a fun and busy month for us. I just wanted to do a quick recap of some of the super fun things that December consisted of.

December was a big month for Lo! She did something she was scared to do and had a blast doing it. She went snowboarding! I dropped her off all bundled up (she had goggles on too) with the instructors and didn't pick her up until late that afternoon. When I went to get her (they keep them in this little make shift pen with a tiny hill in it, it's adorable) she was rolling down the hill with friends eating snow and you could tell she had such a great day. When we asked her if she wanted to do it again she said, "maybe" but was smiling huge so I'm going to take that as a solid yes. She told me all about how she learned to bend her knees and lean back and by the end of the day she was "jumping" and going over boxes! So proud of her!

Daddy was definitely the most proud. Bryson grew up snowboarding and cannot wait to be able to take Lo to the top. She thinks she needs a couple more lessons first though :)

Cuddle time with Foster Brady! We had fun playing with the fan.

We also went on the Polar Express! It was so much fun and the kids LOVED it. If there was a word greater than love that's how much they enjoyed it. They got to see Santa and drank their weight in hot cocoa.

We spent a lot of time cuddling on the couch This was Christmas Eve when we were waiting to go to our in laws. Lot's of relaxing and naps for my two men.

We spent a lot of time at my parents house which means we had a whole lot of Claira Rose time! We love our girlfriend!

Even more cuddles and couch cuddles.

Foster has also been trying to learn how to escape and live with his true family, the puppies. So far he's managed to shove a dining chair to the door and he knows the knobs do something. Luckily all the doors leading to outside are pretty hard to open. We did have to get him in trouble for messing with the front door. But he's definitely more interested in the back door.

Jumping on the bed when dads not home and we were supposed to be cleaning.

And to bring in the new year Lo had a slumber party in her teepee from Santa. Complete with baby, teddy and pig. She actually slept in so we may need to try slumber parties more often!
