Daily Morning Detox

Monday, February 17, 2014

Just a quick post from the mobile device. I love juicing! After I had Foster I invested in a juicer so I could do a five day juice cleanse which was completely amazing and so cleansing (excuse the corniness)

Today I wanted to share my favorite daily detox with you. You do need a juicer. I picked mine up at walmart after about a week of review reading. It was $60 and had better reviews than those compared to it that were hundreds of dollars. I can't remember the name but it's plastered all over the box with a sticker that says rated #1 gift or something like that.

I use lemon, carrots, apples, parsley, kale, and celery!

Enjoy!

Ps if you haven't checked out my $100 giveaway you should definitely do that ASAP! It's one post back :)

Wow I'm going to have to look for this juicer. I was contemplating about getting one but most of them are so expensive! It's good to know this one work well :)

This one is awesome! Sometimes I have to run the juice through a strainer because some pulp gets through but I totally don't mind a little pulp. I watched reviews on youtube of this one compared to a really expensive one and the only difference was it was a bit louder. and it's not loud at all. I definitely recommend it.

I definitely like juice more than smoothies but I can't get my daughter to drink the juice but she loves the smoothies. My favorite green smoothie can be found

I would try a juice from a shop to make sure you like it before buying a juicer. It makes the best OJ though!

I really need to start juicing. Spending hundreds of dollars on something I'm not sure I'll keep up with has kind of put me off... but I could definitely do $60! I'll for sure to have to stop by WalMart and check it out!
