Yesterday was a very gloomy day in our little town so we decided to do a little craft! It took about five minutes to put together and the littles had a blast. We made bathtub Finger Paints! This is a super easy thing to make and you really can't mess it up. Not to mention it smells yummy and if your baby will let you wash them after wards it will clean itself up. Foster would not stop eating it and I just let him, a little baby shampoo never hurt anyone.

So today I want to talk about a subject that is very, very dear to my heart, and that is the choice of life.
Now before you sign off and go running I want to express that I am not here to judge, debate or berate but I just want to share a little bit more about me and how these choices have affected my life.
There have been many times that I have attempted to write this post and have deleted it because it wasn't the right time or I couldn't find the right words. I realize that the choice for life isn't just for teen moms but that is what I'm going to be focusing on because that is what is personal for me. Not only did I have my daughter at a very young age but my mom had me when she was 17. She switched schools and her and my dad did everything to the best of their abilities to choose the best life for me but this is not about them, this is just a little back story.

Ok. Don't judge me.
My hubby and I have been living together for four years and I still jump on the struggle bus when it comes to keeping the laundry room clean.
They shouldn't put a door on the freakin things and maybe when my hubby asks about where all his (___insert clothing item here___) are, I wouldn't respond with, "outta sight, outta mind." I try, I really do. But it's either dishes or clothes and dishes normally win. I think it has to do with the whole door thing. I really should just take that dang thing off.
The picture I'm about to show you is mega embarrassing. I promise the rest of my house does not look like this...except maybe my bathroom....notice the my. No I don't share with anyone. I take it over.
Back to the image. Again, don't judge me.

Today we had such a good time with our families, hunting for Easter eggs, eating and spending time with the ones we love. We started the day off with cinnamon rolls and Foster absolutely LOVED them. Dad spoiled us by making us breakfast and then Bryson pushed Foster on his bike down the driveway. I was a nervous mommy, thinking he was going to tip over but he absolutely loved it and I can't wait until sister gets home to go on a bike ride with them both.

Yesterday the fambam and I went hiking. We weren't anticipating as much snow as their was but it was warm and we had a blast. We had never been on this trail before and it was just the perfect length for Lo to go on without getting too tired. There was a trail of darker snow and every once in awhile there wouldn't be any but there were parts that if you stepped of the trail you sunk down to your knees. At one point Bryson sunk down to his thighs! The only person who didn't sink down at all was Lo.
Foster loved the whole hike and when we were walking around down town and picking up some incense, he took the cutest nap in his backpack. The backpack he was in is really special to me because it was my old one :) After our hike and walking around down town I took some prom pictures for my sister. She looked absolutely amazing :)

So you may be looking at the title thinking what the heck but I had no idea what to name this awesome thing that would do it justice and I had to get all the good parts in. I made this the other night and it took maybe 10 minutes and what the best wrap I have EVER had in my entire life, and I like my wraps. It was creamy and roasted-y all at the same time and this baby was HUGE. It looks squished in these pictures because I stuck it in my panini press to get it crispy but I could barely get all the goodness wrapped into the huge spinach tortilla.
I like to have some sort of carb with dinner and I, personally, like savory dinners. I know you're supposed to keep in lean and green at dinner time but I eat my salads throughout the day. What better way to have the best of both worlds then to shove a salad in the spinach tortilla?
Like I said above, this is a huge wrap. If I was eating this for lunch I would only eat half but it was a perfect portion for dinner. As my hubby was eating it he said it was a definite "make again." Does anyone else judge how good a meal is by if you would make it again? That's basically our only scale of yumminess. This is a vegan dish and honestly you will not even miss the meat because it is so filling and full of flavors.
